How much does each session cost?
Please contact us at DASH for specific pricing, as we will offer flat rate visit pricing and package pricing as well.
At DASH our primary focus is on our patients and their recovery, not the insurance company. We offer competitive, transparent flat rate pricing that is often less than the cost of billing through insurance. We pride ourselves in transparent pricing, please email or call us to receive a Good Faith Estimate.
Does DASH take my insurance?
We function as a hybrid clinic accepting some insurances, but are primarily out-of-network with most insurances and provide cashed based services at an affordable rate. Our rates our flat rates with package pricing available for long-term conditions. Being out of network is actually more beneficial to our clients, let me explain.
Our choice to be out-of-network is based primarily on providing high quality care. You see, unfortunately insurance is truly dictating reimbursement rates, cutting reimbursement year after year and forcing clinics to increase volume of clientele in order to stay profitable. This means you are left usually performing the same program, being treated with multiple modalities to maximize profit, and/or being treated by an unlicensed technician to complete your program.
Being out-of-network allows us to focus on one-on-one care for the full hour. Maximizing time with our patients with in depth analysis, individualized programming and treatment, and wellness driven proactive care, will help our clients reach their goals faster minimizing time needed in our clinic.
Even if we do not accept your insurance we can provide you with a superbill that you can then submit to your insurance for reimbursement. Contact us for more details.
Do I need a referral to be treated at DASH?
No. Texas now offers Direct Access to physical therapy for two weeks without need for a physician's referral. If treatment is needed beyond this time frame, DASH will assist you on receiving a referral.

You should expect an hour long session with in-depth review of your history, chief complaint, and personal goals. Following discussion we will then perform an in depth movement analysis and assessment of contributing factors for proper diagnosis. Following assessment, we will then discuss an individualized plan of care to help reach your goals, manage your pain or injury, and return to active lifestyle.
You should wear comfortable and loose fitting clothing that you would normally wear to the gym or train in.
